Mandy Bullock
Originally from Canada, Mandy Bullock now considers herself a Utah native, having moved to the beautiful state 20 years ago, drawn to its picturesque mountains and valleys. Settling in the city of Highland where homes sit on large lots that spread across the foot of the Wasatch Range, Mandy is aware of how lucky she is to be living in one of the most pristine areas of the country. Her real estate knowledge extends beyond her town, encompassing other communities including the scenic and sought after suburbs of Alpine, the silicon slopes of Lehi, and many other cities and towns along the Wasatch Front.
Mandy began her real estate journey in 2008. She has loved assisting her clients through all types of real estate transactions, from condos to million-dollar properties. Whatever the price point, she is constantly trying to astonish them with a world class, luxury experience. She takes pride in her ability to build life-long friendships that endure far beyond any transaction. With a real estate attorney husband, Mandy always has an in-home advisor which gives her a significant advantage to the negotiating table. No matter the level of complexity of any transaction, she has a firm grasp of legal contracts and can aggressively advocate on her clients’ behalf to ensure they get the best deal whether they’re buying or selling. Because of her experience moving to a new country, she understands the logistics and challenges involved in finding just the right home, or selling a property within the constraints of her clients’ needs. Mandy takes a personal interest in their affairs, acutely aware that her clients are likely experiencing one of the most stressful and important transactions of their lives.
Introducing people to the area’s outdoor lifestyle is one of the many pleasures she enjoys as a Realtor®, and she gets the most satisfaction assisting clients in finding that ideal place they can call home. Being an outdoor enthusiast, Mandy loves to spend time with her husband and two beautiful daughters hitting Snowbird’s slopes and waterskiing in Utah’s many lakes and reservoirs.
